Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya) starts a fight to crush Shimizu (Yasuaki Maeda) and Takahashi (Masashi Goda) of the Sugimasa group. They discover that Takahashi is involved in the smuggling of shabu and weapons in Tokorozawa, but Takahashi commits suicide before he can say anything.
