With the President of Halloween trapped and the planet on edge, Commander Ichabod Crane, Special Agent Katrina Van Tassel, and their cybernetic security officer Robo Bones of the Monster Intelligence Agency (MIA) enlist an unlikely ally-a pool-hall-roaming, bar-fighting vigilante with a pumpkin for a head and nothing left to lose.
