Hüdai Bey and Halit Bey sign a business agreement and start working together. For this reason, they need new warehouses and storage facilities. Hüdai Bey finds a poor neighborhood in Telsizler. He rents all the houses there and sends notices to the residents to vacate the premises. In addition, to make this partnership permanent, he asks Halit Bey for his daughter Selma's hand in marriage for his son Nihat.
