The Sakuramichi-gumi is a major yakuza organization in the Kanto region. The conflict between Ishikawa and Kawachi, the second-generation leaders of the Kai-gumi, over the succession, and Onizuka, a western assassin aiming for nationwide domination, is escalating. Amidst this turmoil, the Kai-gumi believes that Ryu, a young mahjong player recognized by the previous leader, holds the key to resolving the situation, and requests a meeting with him…

At the Sakurado-kai, the conflict between the Ishikawa-gumi and the Kawachi-gumi over the chairman's seat had devolved into a quagmire. With the men's motives intertwined and much bloodshed ensuing, the final battle between Ryu and the beautiful female mahjong player, the Dark Clown, finally began.
