A modern "Dark Skies" is a cultural commentary about alienation, political rot, Armageddon, paranoia and accepted the history that is no more than a blatant lie. It's about stacked decks and silent screams and still never giving up. This is why it must come back. First aired on NBC in 1995-1997 and released on DVD in 2011, it is now time to bring it back on television for a new generation of fans.
