Genzo visits him from his team, which happens to be staying in Japan for a training match. Genzo takes Tsubasa to his team doctor, Stein, who's famous in the field of sports medicine. Tsubasa also learns of the high level of Genzo's team. Tsubasa gets the diagnosis.
