In a brand new week from Darlington fun-loving student loans manager Sam kicks off the week with a seafood menu showcasing the North Sea's finest catch. Unfortunately for Sam, one of her guests is fish phobic cattle farmer Mark who admits he'd rather eat a human leg than any form of seafood. There are some surprising revelations when Mark and fellow guest, mum-of-three Audra have a poke around their host's home, and Sam admits she always thought that Eddie the Eagle was a ventriloquist!
