Misae takes Shin-chan to a music school to train him, but she gets angry on the teacher and returns home.
Shin-chan and his friends decide to play the engine game and draw tracks on the road. Kazama returns home while the rest enjoy the game.
As it is very hot, the family convince themselves and sleep under one fan. But in the night, the fan stops working and a mosquito disturbs them.
