Misae takes up Ballerina classes to get rid of her weight. But, the assistant breaks his back bone after lifting Misae.
Hiroshi and Shin-chan go to a park and play the hide-and-seek game with Nanako and Shinobu. Just then, Misae reaches there and beats him up.
Shin-chan assumes that Misae will be dying soon and feels sad about it. However, Misae tells Hiroshi that she is pregnant.
