Shayne is ready to confront her family about her drug addiction, and to confront her sister, Shelby, because she feels she is responsible for their sister’s death. Shelby says her relationship with Shayne is non-existent because Shayne put all the blame on her when their sister died. The sisters' parents, Mary and Michael, say they hope Shelby and Shayne can work through their issues, and that Shayne finally realizes she has a serious drug addiction and needs help.
