Storyline
Dr. Phil discusses a growing controversial trend among moms: microdosing psychedelics to achieve relaxation. Tracey Tee, Founder of the platform Moms on Mushrooms, and Ashley, a former teacher who is now a psychedelic coach, both support microdosing and what they say are its healing effects. However, Debi Nadler, Co-Founder of Moms Against Drugs, and Dr. Kevin Sabet, President and CEO of Foundation for Drug Policy Solutions, say there will always be potential dangers when using drugs and alert others, “buyer beware.” Plus, Dr. Phil discusses the science of microdosing and its known benefits and risks with Nese Devenot, founder of the Psychedemia Interdisciplinary Psychedelics Conference, and licensed therapist, Dr. Deena Manion.
