A Tampa judge is ready to start a new chapter in her life after a recent divorce. She's leaving her suburban dream house and looking for a place in Tampa's revitalized downtown. There is one aspect of her old life she doesn't want to give up, though. She would like her new place to be as modern as possible which will be a challenge to find among Tampa's traditional architecture and design.
