Although college professors Suzanne Spoor and Steve Canaday have enjoyed renting the quaint Annapolis, Maryland, townhouse that they share with their twins, Zachary and Tyler, they are ready to make the move and become first-time homeowners. The couple is hoping to find a place with plenty of room for the boys to play that is still close to the campus, where they each teach. Realtor Amy Juras signs on to help.
