Salsa dancers Stacy Fahrion and Dagiadi Rebolledo are tired of their rental just outside of Denver, Colorado. When they're not cha-cha-ing through downtown Denver, Stacy spends her days as a personal trainer, yoga instructor and piano teacher, while Dagiadi is a student and works at a restaurant. At the moment, the couple's current residence is an 800-square-foot, two-bedroom home. With a budget of $150,000 to $185,000, they are looking to find a three-bedroom home around 1,800 square feet and in turnkey condition. Real estate agent Caryn Schmidt is up for the challenge, but will these first-time buyers have to sacrifice some salsa-time to meet their living needs?
