Carlos Guzman and Mandy Brill met and fell in love in Spain five years ago, and they now live in Chicago. They are looking for a condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for under $260,000, and they'd like the place to include parking, private laundry, air conditioning, a dishwasher and a walk-in closet.
