Fay comforts Abe, urging him to mend fences with Brandon to prevent him from doing something terrible. Angela asks her father, Moroni, to leave Salem. Meanwhile, Brandon reveals to Sami that Abe wouldn't leave his mother alone in the past. Sami suspects an affair between Abe and Fay, but Brandon swears her to secrecy. Belle cries to John, revealing Marlena hinted their marriage might be over. John is furious but hides it to reassure Belle that the family will survive. Maggie visits a distraught Marlena.
