Daniel asks Jennifer to explain herself as to why the phone for CPS is on her desk. Gabi makes an emotional confession to Nicole. Nick tells Rafe that he and Gabi are still planning on getting married despite all that has happened. E.J. retains an attorney for Will. Sami tells Will if he needs to fight if he wants to be a part of his baby's life. Anne and Chloe gloat to what they did to Jennifer. Justin advises Nick to get another attorney after figuring what his plans are. Daniel tells Billie he needs to speak with Kate right away. Jennifer goes to Maggie after what happened and realizing she was set up. Nicole makes a confession to Sami that she stalled E.J. to get her and Rafe together on New Year's. Chloe overhears Daniel apologize to Jennifer for not believing her about the phone number, and her plan implodes. Nick suggests to Gabi they get married at the courthouse, but Will says that can't happen til they discuss the baby. E.J. steps in as Rafe and Sami's argument gets intense.
