Nicole is stunned when she runs into Xander at the hospital. She demands to know why he isn't in jail. A protective Daniel rushes in and attacks him. Anne calls in security to intervene, and Xander plays up his innocent act. He claims Nicole and Eric must've been confused about who tried to kill them.
