At the coffeehouse, Summer reveals to Nick that she saw Phyllis with Ronan. Nick tries to explain to Summer that Phyllis lied about her affair with Ronan to cover something up, but Summer insists. Nick confronts Phyllis about the affair, but she denies it. Nick reveals that Summer saw them having sex. Later, Phyllis tries to apologize to Summer. Nick finds Avery and kisses her.
At Gloworm, Kevin leaves just as Michael arrives. Michael asks Chloe why Kevin is dodging him. She tries to ignore him, but Michael pushes the issue. Chloe reveals that that Kevin got talked into moving Tim's body.
Adam and Chelsea playfully go through a box of baby things. Gloria calls and offers to throw Chelsea a baby shower. Kevin arrives and shows Adam and Chelsea the latest TagNGrab update. Kevin leaves and Chelsea and Adam decide they should go on a 'babymoon' vacation. Later, Kevin returns to Gloworm and Michael asks Kevin to talk to him.

Michael informs Kevin that Chloe told him everything about the night that Tim died. Michael questions Kevin about covering for Phyllis. Later, Chloe informs Gloria that she sold Kevin out to Michael. Gloria to get Chloe to confide in her about what Kevin did. Kevin arrives and Chloe tries apologizing.
Jeffrey calls Chelsea and asks for her to come by Gloworm to see him. Gloria offers to throw Chelsea a baby shower, but Chelsea is reluctant to accept. Chelsea and Jeffrey enjoy a nice time together and he gives her some money to pick out something nice for the baby.
Victor asks Adam to stand by him so that the Newmans will maintain control of Newman Enterprises. Victor informs Adam that he loves him despite their quarrels over the years. Chelsea returns and Victor congratulates her about the baby. Later, Adam and Chelsea try to make sense of their conflicting feelings toward their fathers.

Christine, Danny, Nina, and Paul discuss Phyllis' trial over breakfast. They acknowledge the irony that Ricky is the one who set the trial in motion by finding the evidence against Phyllis.
Nick discovers Summer is missing. At the skate shack, Fen tries to convince Summer to go home. Summer kisses Fen and moves in to get closer to Fen, until he realizes that she is trying to take his cell phone from him. Fen reveals he is going to call Nick. Summer gets upset and throws the phone. Fen moves away to get his phone and Summer takes off.
Heather worries about what effect the trial will have on her relationship with Daniel. Meanwhile, Avery learns that Leslie is meeting with the judge to explain Summer's absence and ask for a delay.

Nick grills Fen on Summer's whereabouts. Fen reveals he can reach her and Nick calls Summer. Phyllis is relieved to see Summer arrive in the courthouse. Summer informs Phyllis she wanted to make sure she gets the punishment she deserves. At the coffeehouse, Summer comes up with a plan to run away to Chicago. When Fen shoots down the idea, she angrily leaves.
Kevin takes the stand at Phyllis' trial. Michael grills Kevin about when he last saw Tim Reid. As Kevin is about to open up, the judge gets sick. Everyone is left wondering what will happen next as the judge is rushed to his chambers by the bailiff.
The bailiff presents Judge Daley who will be taking the place of Judge Rice. Daley shocks everyone when he dismisses the case.
Sharon finds Noah packing his things. Noah informs Sharon he is moving out and until she makes some serious changes in her life, he has nothing to say to her.

The courtroom is stunned as Judge Daley dismisses Phyllis' case. The judge blames Christine for lying about her job at the time of the hit-and-run. Judge Daley says that Tim's autopsy shows that he died of a heart attack.
Nick and Phyllis get a call that Summer was in a car accident. At the hospital, Nick accuses Adam of causing the accident, but Adam explains that Summer was driving recklessly. Later, Nick informs Phyllis that he is filing for divorce. Summer reassures Fen the accident wasn't his fault. He surprises her with a kiss.
Chelsea informs Adam that they lost the baby and that it was a boy. Adam assures Chelsea that they can try for another baby. At their house, Chelsea is awakened by a nightmare of the car accident.

Adam tries to distract himself from the pain of losing the baby. Chelsea is frustrated that Adam doesn't want to deal with what happened. Summer arrives to apologize for the car accident. Summer is mortified when Chelsea reveals she miscarried. Later, Summer finds Noah and reveals she is filing for emancipation.
Tucker informs Genevieve that he is done with her. Cane enters and takes Tucker's side. A waiter gives Cane an envelope. He finds a handwritten note with an Australian nursery rhyme on it. Victoria sees Eddie's lifeless body on the floor and manages to grab his phone. She informs Billy and Nick that Eddie is dead. A man named Max enters and reveals that Eddie was working for him. Max takes a gun from his holster and unlocks her handcuffs. He forces her back into the dark room. Billy and Nick burst in and subdue Max. Billy runs into the dark room saves Victoria.
Katherine and Devon are surprised to see Tucker. After Devon leaves, Katherine advises Tucker not to push so hard with Devon. Tucker hugs Jill goodbye and shakes hands with Katherine.

Nikki and Victor welcome Victoria home. Victor praises Nick, but threatens Billy to get him to leave. Later, Victoria questions Victor about Billy's whereabouts.
Victor confesses to Nikki that Billy knew he was in Los Angeles, and let Victoria believe he was missing. Meanwhile, Victoria has a nightmare and Billy returns and struggles to put her at ease. Once she calms down, he hugs her and admits he is to blame for what has happened.
Jack is delighted to see Kyle back in town. Kyle updates Jack on Abby, Ashley, and Traci and wonders why he didn't inform them about his surgery. Billy visits and blames Jack for Victoria being kidnapped.

Summer asks if Phyllis feels like she is betraying the family by working with Jack. When Ronan enters, Phyllis swears that she didn't know he would be there. Summer takes Phyllis at her word and asks Ronan about Jaime.
After Summer leaves, Ronan informs Phyllis he's leaving for D.C. He takes her hand as Jack enters with Kyle. Jack sees Phyllis with Ronan and asks Kyle to take him home. Later, Phyllis finds Jack on the sofa at the Abbott mansion and questions him about the pills he took.

When Avery is late to meet Sharon and Adam, Sharon leaves to go track her down. Jack thanks Adam for everything he has done and warns him that when things are quiet with
Victor it usually means he is up to something.
Avery confides in Sharon about her past with Dylan. When Sharon asks Avery if she loves Dylan or Nick, Avery says she doesn’t know if she can choose. Meanwhile, Dylan tries to explain himself to Nick. When Dylan leaves, Nick informs Avery that Dylan is still in love with her. Later, Avery informs Nick she has to go out of town for her case with the Innocence Foundation.

Billy brings Victoria to see Adam so he can confirm that he’s been gambling. Billy’s plan backfires, as Adam says Billy must have really screwed up if he was willing to use gambling as an excuse.
Chelsea arrives at Dylan’s and notices a freshly painted wall this is slightly obscured by a sheet. Dylan distracts her and says she can see what it is after dinner. After dinner, Dylan pulls down the sheet to reveals a surprise for Chelsea.
Leslie and Neil inform Avery that Gus left half of his estate to his children and the other half to Rose Turner. Leslie finds a photo of Rose in Gus’s safe deposit box. Leslie thinks Neil should respond to the blogger with a mention of Rose.

Tyler accuses Devon of getting him fired. Meanwhile, Abby and Alex get into an argument at the police station. Later, Abby offers to buy Tyler a drink when she hears that he lost his job.
Michael and Lauren try to enjoy watching a movie together. During dinner, they share a sweet kiss and work on rebuilding their relationship.
Jill offers Hilary double her pay to divert projects to her instead of Cane. Lily comes clean with Cane, and tells him that Tyler is the reason she left the campaign. Lily tells Cane that she doesn’t have feelings for Tyler even though he may be attracted to her.
Chloe and Kevin inform Delia that they are getting a divorce. Delia is pained by the news, but is assured that it has nothing to do with her.
Fen passes money to a dealer in exchange for a bag of pills.

Billy confides in Jack about his gambling. Jack assures him that he will always be there for him.
Abby tells Victoria that she hopes she can work things out with Billy. Later, Billy comes to the magazine office to return a doll that Delia left behind. Chloe tells him that she has made a lot of bad decisions, but choosing him to be Delia’s dad was a good one.
Adam and Melanie continue to flirt, and eventually make love. Adam tells Melanie that it was his idea to privatize Newman. Melanie doesn’t think it will be long before Victor is working for Adam. Adam heads to the shower and overhears Melanie make an important phone call.
Dylan asks Chelsea to move in with him. Chelsea admits to Chloe that she hates that the best relationship she has ever had is based on a lie. Meanwhile, Dylan reunites with his old friend Stitch.
Phyllis succeeds in keeping Kyle and Summer apart by asking them to help her plan Jack’s surprise party.
