0x01 My Fair Munster (Unaired Pilot)

Filmed in color. This initial 15 minute unaired pilot for the series sees Marilyn being escorted home after a night out and her would-be beau being frightened off when he comes within view of Marilyn's Uncle Herman and Aunt Phoebe. Grandpa heads to his lab to enact a love potion that will entice whomever Marilyn should want, despite her appearance.

0x02 Munster, Go Home!

Herman discovers he's the new lord of Munster Hall in England. The family sails to Britain, where they receive a tepid welcome from Lady Effigy and Freddie Munster, who throws tantrums because he wasn't named Lord Munster. An on-board romance had blossomed between Marilyn and Roger, but on land Marilyn discovers Roger's family holds a longstanding grudge against the Munsters.

The owner of a wax museum has an exhibit dedicated to the Munsters. When he uses robots that look like Herman and Granpa to pull a jewelry heist, everyone thinks that the real Herman and Grandpa did it. They must prove their innocence and uncover the real thieves.

Casting is covered in quite a bit of detail, and a lot of analysis centers on what made the series work and how it has enjoyed popularity, decades since new episodes stopped being made.

Lily's niece Marilyn, the freak, is actually normal and Lily and Herman's only child, Eddie, has his werewolf tendencies surface in puberty, forcing the family to relocate to their famous 1313 Mockingbird Lane address.
