After Luke Skywalker and Han Solo succumb to a mysterious sleeping virus, Chewbacca hunts a cure with help from an unlikely ally – the bounty hunter Boba Fett. Chewie's Wookiee instincts warn him that all is not what it seems. This animated short was originally part of The Star Wars Holiday Special, which only aired on television once on November 17, 1978. It features the first on-screen appearance of Boba Fett, who was developed for The Empire Strikes Back. The original Star Wars cast returned to provide the character voices for this story.
