Stone Cold Steve Austin tests the commitment of 14 men and women as they compete to become the next WWE superstar. Contestants start at the bottom doing clean up duty at a live WWE event and have their skills tested in the ring before Stone Cold eliminates the contestant he feels isn't tough enough.

Special Guest WWE Superstar John Cena stops by to offer advice in training. The remaining contestants learn a lesson about courage, both inside and outside of the ring, before another potential superstar is sent home.

Big Show stops by to offer advice to the contestants as the trainers begin to separate the pack by putting them through increasingly physical challenges. Eric's lack of conditioning threatens his chances in the competition, the emotional stress takes a toll on Michelle and the tension between Mickael and Ryan reaches a boiling point in the ring.

The remaining contestants' agility is tested when they are tasked with serving lunch to a busy crowd at a local 50's diner while on roller skates. WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart stops by to offer advice. Miss USA asked for one-on-one help in the last elimination and she gets it in the form of an in-ring beat-down from Bill.

WWE Superstar Rey Mysterio and former NBA star John Salley offer advice about teamwork. The contestants are humiliated on the basketball court playing against a team of dwarves. Martin's winning streak starts to eat at Luke, a careless injury could lead to the elimination of one of the last girls standing, and Ryan incurs the wrath of the trainers.

Former Tough Enough winner and Intercontinental Champion John Morrison helps contestants stay focused on a treacherous ropes course that gives Eric serious trouble. Friction between the final two girls escalates, and best friends Luke and Jeremiah go head-to-head in the skills challenge. In the end, "Stone Cold" delivers a surprise elimination.

And then there were six. Stone Cold Steve Austin enlists the help of four sexy WWE Divas and THQ video games to teach the remaining contestants all about creativity. In the ring, a tough training session leads to a serious injury that puts one contestant's dreams in jeopardy.

The Rock and Psych star James Roday give the remaining five contestants a lesson in charisma. The remaining five hopefuls take turns working the mic during a Hollywood bus tour and go face to face with Bill in a war of words promo challenge. Christina's injury leaves her in danger and in an emotional elimination, "Stone Cold" delivers a stunner.

WWE Superstar The Miz gives the contestants a taste of what life as a WWE Superstar means outside the ring. And, back in the gym, the competition heats up when the final three battle it out for the opportunity to compete in the Tough Enough finale.
