Ciel begins attending England’s prestigious Weston College. This insular school values tradition, is bound by strict discipline, and is ruled by the prefects of its four boarding houses, collectively known as "P4".

Ciel builds his reputation within the school in order to get close to the P4. His success grants him the opportunity to participate in an exclusive gathering reserved only for prefects and their drudges. However, this meeting doesn't go as expected.

Ciel decides to pay back Maurice Cole for his underhanded trick. Since Maurice lives in a different boarding house, he arranges a special exemption for an acquaintance to be admitted to Weston so that he can monitor Maurice.
