Chris Faenger and his wife Amy Mecklenburg-Faenger currently live in an older rental house close to historical downtown Charleston. The location is convenient and the house is cozy, but it's also very cramped. They're looking to purchase a home in the same area. However, Amy wants an older home and Chris wants a newer one. They agree they they want something bigger, a home office and plenty of space to entertain.
