Tony realises he can watch them without them realising he can see. Later while Tony is talking to Celeste, she hands him a piece of paper with Stefano's phone number. Kristen sees him from afar. Bo finally finds Billie, but it takes a bit of persuasion for her to come around and at the end Bo asks her to marry him.
