Sami has a D.J. play a song Mike and Carrie once danced to and observes the two of them thinking of one another. However, despite the familiarity of the song, Carrie can’t quite think of why it affects her. Marlena is fearful something terrible has happened to John when she tries unsuccessfully to reach him on his cell phone. Kristen is upset to see Hope playing along with John’s desires for Marlena. Later, she pulls Hope away and tries to assume the role of Marlena herself.
