Oscar isn't very nice to a new resident, Abby Cadabby, and she's beginning to wish her family hadn't moved to Sesame Street. But after Big Bird, Snuffy, Elmo, and Zoe ask her to play, they find out what happens when Abby is happy: She floats in the air!
