Austin manages to win the fight with Carrie's encouragement, and uses the money to bail himself and Billie out of their jams. Roman and Bo arrest Tim and charge him with illegal gambling. A.D.A. Rebecca Morrison reminds John that he owes her dinner.

After listening to Rebecca's expert witness who denies his belief in the existence of multiple personality disorder, Marlena is unable to recover any ground. As Kim's sister-in-law, she is viewed as a biased witness. The judge revokes bail. Carly and Victor talk to John, who tells them that he'd like to donate half of Alamain's profits to Charity in Isabella's name (the Toscano Foundation). Victor doesn't think Lawrence will go for it, but Carly wants them to give him a chance.

Roman and Marlena invite John to join them at the Marx Brothers festival.

Jennifer interviews John and Marlena about her ordeal in the pit, and at Phillip's insistance, brings up the time when Marlena and John thought they were married.

John and Marlena talk on the pier, and finally admit what each has known for some time...the love they shared during the years he thought he was Roman has never died.

While Marlena and Roman try to enjoy a romantic evening at home, someone is lurking outside the house.

Someone watches as Marlena and John make love on the conference table. Carrie is shocked to be a 'Face of the 90s' finalist. Carly prepares to leave the country with Nikki and Lawrence. Jennifer takes the manuscript from Jack and Billie.

Roman offers Tim a way out if he's willing to incriminate Austin. Carrie's bandages come off, but she'll need major reconstructive surgery. Marlena is torn between John and Roman as John moves on with Rebecca. Alice recognizes Kate but can't quite place her.

Carrie offers Roman a deal he can't refuse.
